Affected: Hosting Platform I did not deactivate it. I cannot access File Manager. The status page shows Disrupted. Please fix it manually. Thanks. ### Other Information I did not deactivate my account manually. It went into processing automatically. In the client area, it shows a warning: “Account stuck in processing”. Please manually fix/reactivate my hosting account if0\_43013828 so I can access File Manager. My website files are important; please preserve them. Thanks. ---

The banner at the top of the client area is a general warning about a current widespread issue with account reactivations; it isn’t about your site specifically. ---

Hello EdwardSkunk, thank you for checking. Yes, my site [http://naurduinbox.fwh.is](http://naurduinbox.fwh.is) is showing “Error establishing a database connection”. I did not change anything. My account was stuck in processing after I tried to reactivate it. Now my account is active but this database error is showing. Can you please tell me how to fix it? The first thing you should do is check what the database connection issue actually is. Hello Admin, My issue is NOT a MySQL connection error. My hosting account if0\_43013828 is stuck in a processing state. In my client area dashboard, it shows a yellow warning: “Account stuck in processing - Affected: Hosting Platform”. I cannot open File Manager or Control Panel. Please manually reactivate my account. Yes, my account shows Active now, but in the client area it shows “No databases found”, and my website naurduinbox.fwhshows “Error establishing a database connection to [sql207.infinityfree.com](http://sql207.infinityfree.com)” Please check the sql207 server. I can’t fix it. I’m not a member of infinityfree staff. Only admin is. And this error is higher than InfinityFree, it’s with [IFastNet](https://www.infinityfree.com/go/ifastnet), who provide the infrastructure that InfinityFree runs on.
