If I would register a premium account in infinity free, are there no more restrictions? Like InfinityFree doesn’t allow?
InfinityFree only provides free hosting. The premium hosting they offer is from iFastNet. You can check the limits there.

All the premium accounts are handled by ifastnet.
So you can check the specifications and offers for your hosting requirements there!

The same rules regarding content apply on free and premium hosting: nothing illegal and nothing that overloads the servers. But on free hosting, the rules are enforced much more strongly than on premium hosting.
Same with resource limits: premium hosting still has limits, but they are much more generous than on free hosting. And in general: the more you pay, the more server power you get.
