Hi,
I signed up using Google login, but I never received a verification email and cannot create a hosting account.

I tried resetting password and even set a password manually, but I still cannot log in using email/password (only Google works).

It seems my account is not fully activated or properly linked.

Can you please:

  1. Either fully activate my account

  2. Or remove/unlink my email so I can register again manually?

Based on recent threads on here, I think there’s an issue with signups and hosting accounts.

I’m sure admin will be online in a bit with an update

Signups are working fine. You don’t get a verification email because we have a verified email address from Google. Not being able to login with a password afterward is intended behavior: if you signed up with Google, you can only login with Google, unless you configure something else through the client area.

So why are you unable to create a hosting account? Because that’s not working right now for anyone. Since yesterday, there is an issue setting up new accounts. The initial creation process works, but then the accounts either get stuck in a Pending Creation state or are simply deleted.

We’re aware of the issue and are working to fix it. Nothing is wrong with your profile and there is nothing else you can do right now, so please just try again later.
