A bit of a strange question. In general, I have three sites in my infinityfree.com account, one of them was notified that it was inactive, later it became active (I read the news about the failure - this is all clear). Today I found a letter in the spam folder (which also arrived during the failure) " Hello Valued Customer,
We are emailing you, to let you know your Infinityfree.com account g******.infinityfree.com has received less than 5 visitors in
the past 30 day period.
The account will be removed in 2 days time.
If you require this account re-activated, please click the following link" and, in fact, I don’t know this site (it is not in the list of sites) and it is not working now, it seems to me that this is somehow connected with this failure ..
or should I provide a specific address here and something else?
thats strange.
if you go to your account dashboard, and use the domain checker, does it say that the domain is linked to another account?
is it possible you have an old account inadvertently linked to your email?
if you insert this address, the result is on the screen. I have never made such an address and it is not connected with my mail in any way, and there were no notifications on it before.
I wrote through a translator, so I’ll clarify - notifications about my sites come to my email, and for the first time (or maybe not, since it was in spam for some reason) I saw a mention of this unknown site, which doesn’t work and apparently doesn’t exist.
Here is the address of this unknown site from the title of the letter
Infinityfree.com account: g52ztehz.infinityfree.com Inactive
What do you think?)
If its not one of your domains I wouldn’t worry about it too much. probably just a bug on the back end
Probably, that’s right. Thanks for participating.)
By the way, as far as I understand, if you create a domain and don’t have a site on it, then the infinityfreeapp site opens, and here “Unable to access the site”
(I didn’t even follow the link to the stop, of course)
The domain in the email message is your account’s “main domain”. On InfinityFree, it’s mainly an internal identifier, but some messaging from the hosting platform uses it as the main way to identify your account. Which I agree is not particularly helpful.
I checked it for you and this particular message relates to the account with username if0_36323727, which appears to have been suspended and reactivated on the 28th.
I don’t know why you would get a message about it now, perhaps the message was just severely delayed, but I don’t think you need to do anything with it.
Thanks for the explanation, that’s what I thought. As a result, if0, this (unknown, as it turned out, technical) domain will match the domain of my site ****.nfinityfree.com which was blocked and later restored due to a failure. In general, everything is clear, this is just a technical notification, thanks again.
