Due to a problem not caused by me, I do not have to take a backup again, my friend. Moreover, my domain is stuck because of this and I have serious financial loss.

Like everyone’s said before, it’s due to reaching limits. No one can help you here.

That’s effectively what we did already through the suspension. Given the reason, I think it’s unlikely to be reactivated, which will likely means it will get deleted automatically in the same way a deactivated account would.

In most cases they can be provided for these types of suspensions. So like it said in the email and in the client area: if you want backups, just ask for them in the ticket.
