What do you expect me to do?

All I can tell you that the suspensions you see in the client area and are notified by email about are the suspensions placed by the hosting platform. Whether those are actually correct, I don’t know for sure.

But what I can see is that this isn’t the second suspension, this is just one more suspension with a history of consistently high IO usage and repeated suspensions going back months.

So to me, it seems most likely that your IO usage is actually so high it’s causing the suspensions.

I assume you have done so already given the high number of suspensions so far, but if not, please do read the article about the IO limit and possible causes and see if anything could apply to your account.
