Dear to whom this may concern,
To begin, I would like to thank the team behind InfinityFree for this amazing service which they have allowed the public to use for free. It is absolutely unbelievable, and never had I even thought that such a premium service would one day be free for us all! Thank you so much for this.
Anyways, I do not exactly have a problem, but a request. I am not sure if this is the appropriate manner to contact support, so please tell me if I should ask about this elsewhere. My InfinityFree profile (email: [censored]) has 3 domains registered under its name ([censored]). I have made many changes under these accounts which I would like to undo. Since there are too many to undo manually, I decided to consider deactivating these accounts. According the the deactivation form, the three accounts will be permanently deleted after a period of 90 days. Would it be possible to get this done immediately without waiting for that time period? That way, I can create these three accounts again to get them in a fresh condition.

Edit: Would it also be possible for this discussion thread to be deleted afterwards? I do not want people to find out about the details in this message. Note that I have also private messaged this to Admin.

I’m sorry, but there is no way to speed up the deletion. For law enforcement purposes, we’re required to keep the accounts for some time after they have been deactivated. So you’ll have to wait for the 90 day period to pass.

Thank you so much for the quick reply! Would it be possible to get this thread/discussion deleted though? It has some sensitive information I would not like to keep open for the other users of this forum (email, domains, etc.). Also, if the accounts cannot be deleted, is there any way to renew them? As in, refresh or reset them to as they were in the beginning? With the default settings, configurations, etc.

Again, we need to keep account history for law enforcement purposes. Giving you a button to wipe clean the history of the account would be very bad.

Ah, alright. Thank you again for this fast support! I completely understand that. I’ll wait for the time period which has already been described in the deletion form. I am sorry for being such an annoyance, but would it be possible to delete this discussion? (it has a lot of sensitive information, especially my personal email address I had mentioned)
