I accidentally deleted the entire htdocs folder from my hosting account.

All website files are gone.
Is there any way to restore the deleted files or recover my hosting account?

Deleted means deleted and there are not any sort of server side backups available. Take this as a lesson to always have your own backup instead of relying on something with a single point of failure.
The only way to recover deleted files is from your own backup that you have kept either on your own computer or elsewhere. There is no secret side backups.
