I deleted a database of a subdomain but my second database for another subdomain no longer appears on the “Accounts” tab on my profile. However, it is still active
So, I cannot access to myphpadmin. Can you repair this ? thanks

The Accounts tab only shows accounts, not databases. To see the database, you need to select he appropriate hosting accounts, and then go to the MySQL Databases section.

If you are already on that page and the database you are looking for is missing, can you at the very least specify the name of the database that’s missing so we can investigate?

I checked your account, and I’m happy to say your database is back!

It sometimes happens that databases created by Softaculous are not visible in the list of databases in the control panel. That’s mainly a database permissions issue. Given that your WordPress website was working, you can be sure that the database actually exists.

To fix that, all you need to do is to “create” the database with that name again. The system will detect that the database already exists, and will only set the correct database settings to make it appear in the panels.

I just did that for your database, and you’ll see the database is visible now and through phpMyAdmin you can see its contents.
