Firstly, I could not contact support on ifastnet. They do not have live support? What if I encounter a problem?
Some questions while I’m talking about STARTER for $29.99 per year:
What is the value I will pay to renew in the second year?
Is the SSL security certificate included in the price of $29.99?
Does the plan support taking a weekly backup copy?
I’ve looked at a lot of hosting services and they give a lot of value in the second year compared to the first year.
Two more questions please:
I have a chronos discount coupon. Will it work next year as well?
What is the page load rate because I don’t want to lose customers when they visit the site . I searched on YouTube for ifastnet hosting. I found only a few people talking about it, and all of the videos were from several years ago. This is strange.
The value is the same, the first year is just cheaper. iFN does not do that.
Yes, that coupon code is recurring.
No clue what you mean by this, and neither does google. Load speed depends on the visitors internet, backend code that is running, every ISP involved, and the size of resources downloaded.
Thank you for everything you have. Discussing with you helped me greatly in making the purchase decision. I feel comfortable trying it out for a year.
But you did not answer one question for me: Why is there not much on YouTube that mentions hosting? Isn’t this strange?
Many hosting companies advertise things like “hosting for $1 per month!”, but then you read the fine print, and then it turns out that it’s only for the first month, it’s $11.99 per month afterwards and you need to pre-pay for three years to get the discount.
iFastNet doesn’t do that. If they say $4.99 per month, it’s $4.99 per month. It’s $4.99 for the first month, $4.99 for the second month, and $4.99 for every month after. And if it says “per month”, it means it’s billed per month. You only need to pay for a single month at a time and can cancel every month too.
InfinityFree also don’t have live support. You encountered a problem here, you asked on the forum, and you got replies and solutions.
What made you think that without live chat means no support at all and might leave you with a bunch of problems?
ifastnet doesn’t have a forum or any good support, it’s just an email through a form.
This means that I can ask about any problems or questions regarding ifastnet in the forum on infinityfree?
Yes, that’s correct. But in my experience they generally respond within 10 minutes during UK daytime hours, 7 days a week. So despite not being live chat support, you don’t need to wait long for a reply usually.
No. This is the InfinityFree forum, not the iFastNet forum. Nobody here has any kind of access to iFastNet’s systems or can provide authoritative answers to any questions. So please DO NOT EVER ask iFastNet support questions here. Nobody can help you here.
Also, the forum is not live support either.
And why would you want to get help here, when fast, one-on-one support from staff is available from you?
It’s just a rhetorical question wondering why you are so vehemently against using the support ticket system.
Just to be clear: you did actually contact them through their support portal right? iFastNet doesn’t tend to reply very well to emails in my experience.
Also, it doesn’t hurt to have a look in the support portal to look for replies. Their email notifications occasionally tend to get flagged as spam.
I don’t object to anything, I’m learning from you and trying to understand.
You told me that they would respond within 10 minutes, so how?! You have used the link attached in your messages
