I think the bandwidth is with iFastNet, not InfinityFree, because they offer it for free, for example.
(InfinityFree apparently provides unlimited bandwidth.)
Technically no. There is no bandwidth limit, but the hits limit and the file size limit combined create their own bandwidth limit.
