A trusted SSL Certificate was not found

I setup my ssl correctly but https://www.sslshopper.com/ is giving me this:

The certificate is not trusted in all web browsers. You may need to install an Intermediate/chain certificate to link it to a trusted root certificate. Learn more about this error. The fastest way to fix this problem is to contact your SSL provider.

Secondly whenever i try to setup my wordpress using softaculous it gives me this error:
A trusted SSL Certificate was not found

Need help Thanks in advance

I can check this for you, but I would need to know what to check. On which domain name do you experience this issue?
