The error page you’re seeing is very telling: it’s a cPanel error page, but we don’t use cPanel.

So I’m guessing that the website you’re having this issue on is not actually hosted by us.

If you’re not sure where the website is hosted and need help figuring it out, or you’re sure that it is actually hosted by us, can you please share the domain name so we can check? Or better yet: the URL to the admin page so we can check that too?

The specific URL you shared appears to be a Softaculous “Login to Admin” URL. That specific URL is not usable for anyone here, because it’s a single use URL. The specific URL also appears to have a typo in it (the domain name is wrong).

When I check your account yourself and try to use the Softaculous admin login button, I get the same 404 error as you shared. So despite my initial thoughts, it is actually an issue on our end.

However, it’s (probably) not a problem with your website, but a problem with Softaculous. I’ll look into that and see if that can be addressed.

In the mean time, you can simply access the WordPress admin interface directly, without using Softaculous. Simply navigate to https://aawincharitableteam.infy.uk/wp-admin/, and login with the admin username and password you entered while installing WordPress.
