a 504 error is a gateway timeout. How recently did you set up your site? If it was within the last 72 hours, this can be due to DNS propagation taking its time.
as for the 520 error on php-myadmin… that’s likely just a temporary bug that will resolve itself shortly. I’ve had it happen before and it usually resolves itself within a few hours. I might be wrong but I think its a cloudflare bug…

The site has been active for several months,
but it seems everything has been resolved.
According to our monitoring, there was a brief outage of phpMyAdmin. I don’t know exactly what happened under the hood and if it was just a phpMyAdmin issue or if there was a problem with some underlying database. But it seems to be good now.
