Please download the plugins as zip to your computer, extract it, then upload the whole folder to <WordPress Installation Path>/wp-content/plugins.
However, as @KangJL had suggested, you should avoid using Elementor on our free hosting, as it takes a lot of RAM and can easily get you suspended.
