Right now, all we know is that your site is not working on our hosting. That could be a problem with your site or it could be a problem with our hosting. Right now, all we know is that the combination is broken, but we have no idea why. And before anyone can fix anything, we need to figure out what’s broken.
And that’s why you should try to get an actual error message. Not because we say the problem is on your end, it’s because we need information from you to determine what the problem is.
