Other Information // was told to look to make sure spelling of the /install/ file was correct and in the proper upper lowercase. that was all done correctly is there something i am missing?

What is inside the htdocs folder?

all the files and folders inculding the index.php but to finish setup on the site i have to go to the webaddress/install/ which has the index.php for that folder but nothing is loading i have tried it on a local/home apache site and it shows up and loads correctly

Also, are you sure you’re using the correct htdocs folder?
