It usually happens when you upload your files somewhere else instead of htdocs/ folder. Are you sure they are inside htdocs?

Can you share the contents of your htdocs folder? Are you sure you are uploading the files to the correct directory?

You can check which directory is correct for your domain by going to the client area’s “Domains” option, here are some of mine as an example:

this is the problem !!!

in index.php you have a character that looks like an i but it isn’t, it is something else so the server cannot find index.php and gives an error

rename the file to index.php and your site will work
