okay i added the file and it worked!! i can get on the site now. but i still cant acces the wordpress dashboard, when i do probuildpcs.nl/wp-admin/

There is, but on the second htdocs folder inside your domain’s htdocs folder, so now you need to move everything from this folder up a folder so that your website will show up instead of a blank page caused by the empty index from before.
