Hi and welcome to the forum! Did you read this article already?
I have, still can’t figure it out. At first I had a subdomain then I added my own domain and deleted the subdomain. When I go to my domain and click file manager and then go into htdocs, there is an index.html file there.
Please note that, if you add another domain to your hosting account, it gets linked to a different htdocs
folder, which is on your domain’s folder, unless you added it as a parked domain before the subdomain’s removal; so you’ll have to delete the htdocs
folder from your domain’s folder then move the htdocs
folder from the root folder to your domain’s folder for your website to work on your new domain.
I see only one .htdocs folder.
I am also already connected on veredshitrit.com/htdocs.
Perfect; if you have the veredshitrit.com
folder on your File Manager on your root folder then fine, if not you’ll have to create it and then move the htdocs
folder from the root folder there.
Thank you so much for your help! Had to actually create a veredshitrit.com folder and an htdocs folder for the new folder, it now works.
