I log in to my control panel, everything is in order. The problem resides with my files; the subdomain has not been added, nor have my others, google.smslaunch.epizy.com and ddg.smslaunch.epizy.com.
Your subdomain’s folders should be one folder above that one.
They are not created inside the htdocs of the main domain name. They are created one folder above that one.
Hum! I didn’t notice that you were showing a screenshot of the home directory.
Then you will have to delete them from your account and create them again.
If you look at the pinned topics, you will see that there were problems with a few servers and user’s data was lost. Yours may be one of the servers that was affected.
You don’t need to create a new account for this. Simply create a folder for the subdomain (e.g. bing.smslaunch.epizy.com) and inside of that folder create a folder called htdocs. Then, simply upload your files to that folder and you should be good to go!
Alternatively, you can just remove the subdomain from your account and then add it again. That should also recreate the directory.
This one was previously broken. The website folders were recreated, but something may have gone wrong with the permissions there. I’ll ask iFastNet to investigate.
