I can confirm they’re still down… Maybe waiting it out should fix it?
Just by digging a domain with free hosting nameservers you can see if they’re down; if the result is ;; connection timed out; no servers could be reached then they’re down, if they return a record they’re up. Even when visiting a website that uses free hosting nameservers (even the subdomains) the records might be cached by your DNS resolver, so when you visit your website it might be up on your side, but then when there is a DNS resolver that has short cache TTL if the nameservers are down they’ll be not able to resolve a DNS record and so the website will be down.

I notice it while working on the forum and when I click on a specified website and it doesn’t open
then I check with this tool - 20000 forum users - Awesome Special Event! - #2525 by Oxy
and if I see that it takes an unusually long time to display the first 2 tabs
then I already know that NS do not respond on time and that’s why it takes so long
after some time the result will be displayed in the first two tabs

You should have simplified it - let’s say you have pictures of cookies everywhere on that page
or that they fall instead of snow through some JS animation
and so you suggest where one should start looking
