Got the new ram and it works wonderfully! Ok so maybe 64 GB is overkill… but I’m a sadist (and problematically curious) and want to see how much RAM I get the computer to consume 
BTW this usage is gonna be fairly “normal”. I only have VS Code, Chrome (that explains it), Discord, a VPN, Windows settings, task manager and a backup program open right now. Shoots up to 21 GB when gaming.
I’m curious how much of that RAM is allocated to the GPU as shared RAM,
since you are on a laptop, it wouldn’t surprise me if the GPU has little or no VRAM but takes it from the ram.

I am not from the US, actually. I was born in Santiago, Chile, so my first language is actually Spanish! I moved to the US on February 27th, 2018. Occasionally, I have to leave the US to renew my VISA.
I suspected that when you used the word “federal” (federales - but I thought it was about Mexico)
When I used “federal”, it wasn’t because I was thinking of the Spanish word. Federal, is commonly used as “fed” in slang, which refers to a federal agent; however, it is mostly used to call someone out when acting like police. It is pretty hard to explain. For example, I have two friends, and when I tell them about someone, they will research them until they find their families. And I said that they were feds. This also relates to the fact that you found a street which is very close to me.
ok, now I understand that it’s slang, but otherwise slang is mostly used in a geographically narrow circle where a certain group of people lives and which makes sense to them
unless it becomes so popular that the whole nation takes it up
