20000 forum users - Awesome Special Event!

Don’t wanna change my profile back to the original and change username and the like, even because I’m not in for the badges now. But my old one will still be there for the help I gave to people, and I think I’ll give people some more help!

Question for Linux users , What’s your fav thing about Linux?

No money sarcification.

Pirated windows , Nowadays pc comes with OEM license so even that is not required

Here are my favourite things I like about Linux:

  1. The ability of customising every single aspect to your likings;
  2. You get to choose different distributions (different in most aspects but almost similar if you compare Ubuntu with Debian);
  3. No money sacrificing (unlike Windows);
  4. Flexible and lower CPU and memory requirements for most desktop environments and window managers;
  5. The effectiveness of using a server with it: well, I get more choices to host web servers than in Windows!

And last but not least, some prefer pirating, I might be better off with buying a cheap key from those websites like CDKDeals, WhoKeys, …

first glance, looked like chatgpt generated that

I didn’t use ChatGPT to generate it, even though it seems to be.

he is active on TW all day :joy: and so for a month now

I have to admit that I don’t have a specific fav reason,
especially now when there are so many operating systems and the differences between them are getting smaller and smaller (in appearance and capabilities).
My main OS is win11 :muscle:

I’m going offline - thank you all for the conversation and I hope to hear from you soon :smiley_cat:

Thought it was you!

WB! I was just wondering about you and whether or not you’d come back!

Sadly I am not the same innocent boy you knew back then:

(Yeah, I kinda got into anime and that kind of stuff)

Also, I’m into making music:

@Oxy, is it better now?

It only took around 2 hours to actually make all of it. The other hour and 30 minutes were spent fine tuning things. I think I might actually be able to get further on this one than the eurobeat-esque one I posted about before.

(Sorry… I couldn’t reliably film it so I just recorded to an mp3)
