We have found that the IP address of our School Districts server is offline and we are hoping someone is working on fixing this since our school district systems are used by lots of people and along with the IP 185.27.134.252 being down most of our systems being on this IP this is a big outage.

Correct, the IP is down. It will be back as soon as the server is stable, nobody here can do anything speed it up, just have patience
