If we reach 10000 Level 3 (or Regular-badged) users, I think your opinion could be correct, but I don’t know for sure. We should wait for OxyDac to think about that opinion, and after we waited for 4 years (or even less or more, because having 10000 regular users is harder and more time-wasting than having 10000 total users on this forum) we should have this number of coupons.

Are we going to remove forum users till we reach 10000 users again? Because that’s impossible to reach it again. 
think:
10000 + 10000 = 20000.

It’s not impossible to get those 10000 users, since we have 8.2K users now on this forum. It would take at least 10 months (but it could also be less or more) to get to that number.
That’s why I wrote:
because I don’t know for sure when we could reach to 10000 regular users. But we hope that InfinityFree will stay alive for long (and also this forum), so we reach to that number easily without needing to change hosting (and hosting forum) for that.
