I use OBS Studio as video recorder, as it can also transmit to RTMP servers and custom video streaming services over recording videos.

OBS. The software is very easy to configure (must download and install, or opt for portable version). Also you can configure how the screen recording is presented and which windows or etc. is shown. Absolutely open-source, free, and no blasted watermark.
