They told me:
To which I made it clear that it was their online file manager, filemanager.ai.
After that, I told them that filemanager.ai was their website, and its ssl cert had expired. apparently they didn’t understand that either… sigh…
So I sent them back a detailed explanation of what was wrong (and hopefully they understand) with error codes in 3 different browsers and a screenshot from firefox.
